Nature of the Work
When taking on a new client, the personal trainer assesses a client's current level of fitness and layout the proper program to meet their goals. This involves finding out whether the client just wants to lose weight, build muscle or increase stamina. Once the client's current level of fitness is understood, they develop an exercise plan to meet the goals.
